Membership Categories and Dues

The Association offers the following categories of membership:

$245/Professional Members* - personnel with a professional interest in the delivery of quality customer service (such as representatives, supervisors, managers/directors/VPs of customer service, customer relations, sales, marketing administration, operations, distribution, logistics, etc., presidents/CEOs/CFOs)

  • Individual* - applies for individuals interested in joining the association as “Professional” members as described above.
  • Multiple* - applies where a company wishes to enroll several employees as “Professional” members as described above. Purchase the first membership for $245, and the second and/or third employee are entitled to join at a rate of $195 per person. Memberships are transferable under certain circumstances, if the employee leaves the company or no longer needs membership to ICSA. Following written notification of the change to ICSA, the company may designate another employee as the ICSA member. Read More

$245/Affiliate Members* - consultants/educators/independent trainers whose majority of work-for-pay time is derived from these practices and who support or promote the development of the customer service management process and profession.

Professional Members, Affiliate Members and Multiple-Members have full voting rights. Professional and Affiliate memberships are personal to the individual and are transferable under certain circumstances. Dues are not refundable or pro-rated. ICSA’s fiscal year is from January 1 to December 31.

    Please fax or mail printed applications to ICSA Headquarters, along with your check for $245 in U.S. funds. If you have any questions, please contact headquarters at (732) 767-0330 or by email at ICSA@smithbucklin.com.

Upon receipt of your application, your membership will take approximately 4 weeks to process. You will receive an ICSA membership packet that will include your membership certificate and a lapel pin. With your membership certificate and pin, you will receive immediate membership benefits in a packet that includes detailed information regarding ICSA's programs, services, chapters and Conference.
