  • CRM Solutions – A Case Studypresented by Joe Drimer, Nov. 2, 2005 (12-1pm CST)

Join in for one hour to learn about how companies like Circuit City were able to use LiveWire Logic’s knowledge management software for CRM solutions. This web-based software provides a self-service interface where text questions or inputs receive consistently accurate responses and supporting content. Circuit City was able to eliminate the time required to search and navigate through documents and FAQs to save money, reduce costs and improve customer service.

The technology, underlying the software, applies a linguistic learning mechanism that understands the intent of text-based inputs. This mechanism acts much like the understanding process of people who access their accumulated knowledge base to interpret what they hear. Once the technology establishes the intent of the input, pre-assigned answers and content are delivered to the user.

Joe Drimer, VP of Sales for LiveWire Logic will lead the discussion and be on-hand to answer questions about the Circuit City case study and others like it.

The webinar is available to everyone, but targeted at managers of call center operations, customer service, CRM solutions, E-commerce, corporate communications, web development. It's objective is to illustrate a technology solution that enhances service and support to all the company's stakeholders, employees, customers and partners.
