The International Customer Service Association (ICSA) welcomes members’ interested in starting a chapter. Chapters play a crucial role in communicating
the needs of the regional/local area and are instrumental in setting the direction of the international association.

The objectives of the Chapter should be to establish and maintain a regional organization to:
• Assist in establishing professional relationships
• Encourage active communication and cooperation among members
• Provide professional development opportunities
• Promote the customer service profession

Chapters provide members with a means to achieve the following:
• Keep up-to-speed with the hottest trends in the customer service industry
• Keep communication open and encourage the sharing of ideas
• Provide local, regularly scheduled educational and training opportunities
• Promote networking among ICSA members
